PROBLEM
Touching Hearts previously worked with a third party administrator (TPA) who did not consult them when questions arose about their plan. Any time this client had a question, they were referred to a webinar, however the webinars were either too advanced or never truly answered their specific question.
SOLUTION
They were frustrated both in the lack of service they received and their inability to know whether they were running their plan correctly. They weren't receiving guidance which quickly left them feeling overwhelmed.
IMPACT
During even our first meeting together, we were able to take the time to tackle some of their lingering questions about the plan. In that same meeting they mentioned how they'd wanted a competitive advantage in hiring new talent and the desire to fund their own pensions at a higher level which led us to develop a different type of retirement plan to better suit their goals.
ATA has partnered with the Woman's Clinic for many years. From monthly Profit and Loss analysis and review, to future financial planning, ATA, their CPAs and staff are exceptional. As a matter of fact, anytime we are making a new decision, whether it be for capital equipment, business loans or a business analysis, ATA is the first phone call to review our vision or business strategy. Our CPA is John Whybrew, and he always gives an objective, third-party view into our financial health. They are always available and prompt in all deals. Preemptive considerations are always at the forefront with ATA when questions are asked with tax considerations for the business and for its shareholders. Our leadership team could not be more pleased with this partnership with this company.
-Jon R. Ewing, Woman's Clinic, PA
Most clients are looking for someone that can guide them through the challenges that every business faces while also being responsive when needed. Our clients are more than just clients at ATA. They are friends and family as well as business owners that we do business with personally and professionally. We see them outside of our office environment, so supporting them becomes personal rather than just transactional. We are always here when they need us to assist with their accounting and financial needs, day-to-day advice, and whatever else may come up.
